E-Tender under two part system (Part I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Part II: Price Bid) are invited from
Reputed Organizations / Industrial Houses either individually or in a Consortium with other Industrial
Houses/Financial Institutions/ Industry &/or Infrastructure Development Corporations/Companies,
traders/Businessman etc. for allotment of KoPT land msg. about 48562.26 sq. mtrs. (12 acres) in three
plots namely Plot ‘A’ (8093.71 sq. mtrs.), Plot ‘B’ (16187.42 sq. mtrs.) and Plot ‘C’ 24281.13 sq. mtrs. in
the Dock Zone of Haldia Dock Complex at Haldia on “as is where is” basis for a period of 30 years for
setting up of Edible Oil Refinery and/or storage and distribution of liquid cargo other than class
A & B POL products.
Tender Document and Corrigendum/ addendum/ clarifications, if any, will be hosted in the web sites of
Kolkata Port Trust www.kolkataporttrust.gov.in and MSTC (www.mstcecommerce.com). However,
Bid Document Corrigendum/ addendum/ clarifications, if any may be downloaded from MSTC website
